As a husband and wife team and local residents of Solihull, Andy and Karen Croy are deeply passionate about supporting education in their community. As parents to a primary-aged daughter, they understand the importance of personalized academic support and are committed to helping students thrive. Their mission is to positively change the trajectory of students’ lives by delivering outstanding, tailored educational experiences.
Meet Andy Croy…
With a postgraduate degree in social sciences, Andy is an Organisational Psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience. He has led corporate learning and development programs globally and is passionate about coaching individuals to unlock their full potential. Originally from New Zealand, Andy has traveled extensively, enjoying diverse cultural experiences, especially in food! Outside of his professional career, Andy is an accomplished sailor and scuba-diving instructor. Through teaching these activities, he has gained a unique understanding of how valuable these experiences are in developing leadership, resilience, and interpersonal skills at all ages.
Meet Karen Croy…
Karen has a background in Human Resource Management, spending several years in the education sector before supporting the NHS during the COVID pandemic. She is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and holds a Postgraduate degree in Personnel Management, along with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Sport and Business. Sport has always been an integral part of Karen’s life; she has coached sports for many years, including working overseas teaching gymnastics and outdoor pursuits to children of all ages and abilities.
Together, Andy and Karen are proud to work with exceptional local educators who are dedicated to providing high-quality tutoring services. They love meeting new parents and students, and when they’re not working, you’ll find them playing sports, enjoying the great outdoors as a family, or indulging in their love for great food!
