Visit to the home to meet the child and parent, careful matching of tutor to child according to availability and child's needs. Ability to find suitable tutor quickly. Reasonable fees. Would be useful to have smaller payments rather than such a large one off payment - it's a little off ...

The tutor you sent to help Thomas is very good he quickly got Thomas's attention and mantains that through out the whole hour which is a feat in it self as Thomas has problems staying focused Thomas is now more secure in what he is able to achieve no longer afraid of trying

I like the level of flexibility whereby you are able to cater to the individual child and also the variety of different subject teachers that are available. It is also convenient that tutors are able to go to students house.
